Bawany Air Products Company Limited (BPL)

BPL is a public limited company established in 1978 and listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The principal activities of the Company were production and trading of oxygen gas, dissolved acetylene and nitrogen gas.

However, for the past several years, the BPL’s operations were severely restricted.

FEPL Acquisition

In March 2020, FEPL acquired majority stake in BPL. Just like our acquisition of Clover, FEPL has put in extensive plans to turn this Company around into an exciting & revitalized entity with growth & generating desired returns. The statutory approvals etc. are currently in process & the acquisition is underway.
